during my recent stay at comfort hotel, I appreciated the spacious room and comfortable bed. the location was perfect for attending a friend's wedding nearby, making it convenient for our plans. I also found the staff in housekeeping to be friendly and approachable, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.

Fantastic and lovely setting, it's just next door to other places of interest, downtown and restaurants and marina, and shops and walking distance to a large choice of eateries. Huge, large room complete with a fridge, large shower, as example. The staff has always been amiable.

The location was really convenient, with lots of dining options and shops nearby. Plus, we were just 3 km from popular spots like Toonwoon Bay Beach. 🏖️.

We had a such great time in this nice basic hotel in Cleveland. Got big size and nicely furnished room with decent pillows as expected, enjoyed it...

The beds were big, I slept well. The pool was amazing, the staff was helpful. The location was particularly good and excellant, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The Entrance Heritage Walk.

The rooms here have a nice king-sized bed and are spacious, the staff is friendly, and it's conveniently located for events at Sirromet Winery, easy to reach by car.

I had a really comfortable experience and will definitely go again next time. The room I stayed in was well furnished and reasonably large with king size bed and a fridge, as example. The staff were supper friendly and amicable, everything was great.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk away from great restaurants and cafés.

Everything was great, with convenient on-site parking. the room was spacious and comfortable. the staff was polite, super friendly, and responsive to requests. the hotel boasts a magnificent location, just a short stroll to the marina, shops, and a wide variety of eateries, along with the shopping center and cafes along the Boardwalk.

During our stay at Comfort Hotel Pacific Cleveland, my family had a blast at the nearby beach. The kids spent hours playing in the waves, while my wife and I could relax and soak up the sun. It was the perfect spot for a fun-filled family beach day!

My wife says that having a children's play area or a kids club at the hotel would have been a great addition.

The staff here were super helpful, and the pool 🏊 was awesome.

Whenever I'm in town, I enjoy staying at this place. the best parts are the super convenient location 🗺️ and having parking right on site. And let's not forget about the amazing hotel restaurant, it's top-notch!

the location was great, right next to transportation, restaurants, an RSL club, shops, supermarkets. the staff was extremely accommodating and always there to help. 3. A cool bonus was the nearby Shingle Inn that offered tea and coffee. 4. I had the most restful stay in a long time:)))

I just stayed at a lovely spot! the breakfast was a delightful surprise! While the rooms could use some TLC, I'd DEFINITELY come back for the fantastic pool area.
